Profile : ESG & Risk Manager

Designation : Manager ( CA/ MBA: 4 yrs+)
Key responsibilities:
This position is responsible for driving the organization’s sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes.
Proficient with sustainability reporting standards (such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, IR, WEF-IBC) and ESG rating methodologies, indices, and agencies (such as S&P, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP, Sustainalytics)
• -ESG
• Support in driving the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes by coordinating with different business units
• Work on the ESG Dashboard and the comprehensive ESG reporting framework and deliver on sustainability report annually in line with Indian/ global standards
• Provide technical expertise/ guidance on key issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of operations
• Report on and disseminate good practices / awareness on Environment, Social and Governance
• Support in organizing sustainability committee meetings and reporting progress
• Work closely with the consultants on Assurance and other related projects
RISK MANAGEMENT
• Monitor and assess risks captured in the risk register to enable the identification of top risks, potential new risks or emerging risks
• Provide second line oversight and support to ensure the Company’s risk appetite, control framework and policies are clearly documented, communicated and adhered to
Profile
• Professional Background: CA/ MBA (Finance)
• Atleast 4 years of experience in sustainability / ESG domain
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
