Job Description:
1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its territory.
2. Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.
3. Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory.
4. Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth
5. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals
6. Training the sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.
7. Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team.
8. Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
Job Specification:
1. Graduate/post graduate with minimum 5+ Years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
2. Basic knowledge about computers is a must.
3. Should be ready to travel extensively.
4. Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills.
5. Should be able to handle 10-15 branches within its territory.
