Role : Finance and Accounts
Position Summary:
1. Responsible for preparation of standalone financials.
2. Intercompany process, reconciliations and providing analysis and reporting.
3. Supporting preparation of consolidation of accounts.
4. Consolidation of monthly MIS and reporting to the management.
5. To track changes in IND AS, companies act, related party transactions etc. and its impact on financial statements and transactions.
6. To consolidate annual business plan and track actuals against the same.
7. Responsible for preparation of Corporate MIS, SEBI results, annual report etc.
8. This role will require to work with global key stakeholders in accounting, auditing and MIS co-ordination
9. Work with auditors for Corporate accounts and schedules.
Any other work related to Corporate Finance, Consolidation etc
