JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

1)      Read and interpret the regulatory requirements

2)      Document the requirements as mentioned in the law / stated by the regulator

3)      Identify the mitigating controls required to be placed in order to perform the obligation as per the regulatory requirement

4)      Prepare checklists for regulatory processes (to be used for performing audits / checks), based on applicable regulatory and client specific compliance requirements;

5)      Perform testing and process-walkthroughs to identify processes where regulatory requirements would be applicable;

6)     Impart training to team members on the regulatory requirements.
