Role. – Pricing Analyst
Job Location - Pune ( Viman Nagar)
Work Timings – 1 pm to 10.30pm
Roles & Responsibilities:-
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial data related to awarded projects for North and South Big Lamps European plants.
· Analyst supports Price Decision Committee (PDC) meetings, Gate Reviews and business case studies. /
· Cooperate with Account and Program Managers, Cost Estimators/Coordinators, Purchasing, Project Finance, Manufacturing, Controlling and Engineering team members. /
· Receive inputs for various types of calculations in VQF and/or GDIF form to calculate eFIN financials. /
· Prepare Financials with eFIN as a a tool in EnterProj in time, in accordance with guidelines and accurately incl. backup documents for a) pursuit New Business status (eFIN PDC file - Excel, Financial Overview in EnterProj - Gate 1, Won conditions) and b) Gate calculations related to awarded New Business to be presented at Gate 1 - Gate 6 reviews and provide financial and analytical support (preparation of Comparison files, Financial Overview, Waterfall chart and reporting of PIP actions).
· Establish communication with Program Managers and advise them with analyses of financial data. /
· Support Commercial and Program team with profit improvement plan (PIP) and other special calculations to ensure continuous monitoring of VLS new and replacement businesses. /
· Share knowledge with Project Finance team, participates on efficiency and CapEx improvements. /

· Support Big Lighting quotes for NA/SA/India if the global eFIN Finance needs a help to cover priorities. /
· Help Program Managers to verify VQF/GDIF/eFIN data to SAP for Gate 6, transport to Current Model..
· Ensure continuous update of monthly global Big Lampos Program Review file with Actual, Last Gate and Committed Financials between Gate 1 and Gate 6 and
· Participate on financial calculations for special studies - "Make-Buy", “Capacity Increases”, “Current Model scope changes”. /
· Perform tests of new Plant rates in eFIN to align finance and costing assumptions to new Budget & BP. /
· Perform other activities according to the supervisor guidelines, which should not be in conflict with those activities of the position. /
· The work complies with regulations BOZP, PO, internal regulations and applicable legal standards.
