Profile : M&A- Senior Manager
Job Location : Worli, Mumbai
Main
• Responsible for research, competitive landscaping, analyzing product portfolios, financial modelling, Generating comparative valuations, oversee tax, legal and account due diligence, detailed financial analysis for the prospective inorganic opportunities, negotiate agreements
• Core team member for certain NBD projects for AFS led by DGM- supporting role with operational part ownership
• Lead some NBD projects under the supervision of DGM and effectively own these specific projects and deliver them on time, cost and quality.
Secondary
• Support the team to identify new business development opportunities and support in developing and evaluating opportunities for M&A, alliances, joint ventures in line with business strategy for AFS businesses.
• Support the NBD team in process improvements
• Coordination with business delegates & different teams – Corporate/Legal/ M&A. Setting the agenda& preparing business presentations for the meetings with counter-parties.
• Network with PEs/VCs, DD partners, IBs
Requirement:
• MBA, CA or CFA
• M&A/NBD Experience in automotive, agri business or agri equipment or similar industrial companies or in Pe/VC environments
• Comfortable reading, understanding and analyzing legal documents
• Sound Knowledge of Financial Modelling/valuations/analysis
