Role Description:
1. Responsibility to execute the engagement and run it on a day to day basis under the broad guidance of the manager.
- Responsible for developing rapport with middle layers of client management and respond to client queries with well reasoned and researched arguments.
- Develop technical competence in an industry / specialized field – Begin to gain specialization in a particular area of expertise.
- Responsible for researching to deliver solutions on various client assignments.
- Stay abreast of firmwide, competitor activities and general business trends and bring value to client by applying this knowledge in delivering solutions.
- Spot new business opportunities within the existing portfolio of clients and inform the manager.
- Network internally to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients.
- Actively and effectively support the efficiency and productivity of the engagement (budgeting, billings and recoveries).
- Responsible for implementation and review of work programs and updating the manager on issues of pricing, overruns, etc.
- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities and highlight issues to manager/supervisor.
11. Responsible for managing and motivating small teams and identify potential people issues amongst junior colleagues.
