Role. –VP- Finance
Job Location - Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:-
This role is expected to drive the financial controllership function for office in Gurgaon. The role requires extensive engagement with the Board, Internal teams & external stakeholders and well demonstrated communication and presentation skills; along with the capability to independently deal with and resolve issues with appropriate escalation. Broadly this role will have the following responsibilities:
Perform Legal entity controller responsibilities.
Regular activities which form part of ongoing monitoring and control – monthly financial review of entity balances, board reporting, attestation of all LE owned
balances etc.
Engagement with statutory and internal auditors
Oversight of Company Secretarial related matters including periodic updates to be submitted to legal entity board.
Finance Functional Ownership for signing off on Compliance with firm’s Financial Control Framework, Policies and Standards.
Approvals related to new services being rendered from the Company and its impact analysis.
Ensuring a complete, timely and high quality output delivery
Developing a strong risk and control framework across each of the functional areas
Demonstrate innovation with focus to improve process – enhance efficiencies and add value, ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team
Responsible for driving automation including change management
Maintaining a strong cultural foundation, and control environment
Stakeholder management in a matrix management structure
