Profile - Senior- External Audit
Working - 6 days working
Transportation - Available from Belgaum city
Plant Location - 30Kms from Belgaum city
Accommodation – Accommodation will not be given
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Independently handling all Indirect tax compliances applicable to the companies in India and abroad which include:
• Drafting/review of tax returns and workings
• Timely filing of returns and payment of taxes (if any)
• Compliance of requirements under GST, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy and SEZ Rules
• Any other compliance as may be applicable
• Providing Tax advice to management on proposed transactions.
• Responding to routine ad hoc queries from Finance and liaising with external advisors and consultants wherever required.
• Meeting tax officers and providing information/clarifications during assessment/re-assessment proceedings.
• Improve processes by developing/implementing best tax practices.
• Advising management on opportunities for tax planning and taking suitable steps in this regard
• Identification of potential tax issues and devising action plan to mitigate the risks.
• Support in closing Statutory Audit and Internal Audit
• Drafting replies to notices, preparation of appeals, Representation before authorities, etc.
• To build strong internal control for processes relating to taxation so as to ensure 0% non-compliance.
• Maintenance of requisite documentation for future review/audits
