1. Conduct Independent Business Reviews/ Corporate Review for banks/ clients;
2. Debt restructuring experiences
3. Building financial model for client and cash flow forecast
4. Operational restructuring and working capital experiences
5.. Insolvency experience
6. Strong business development skills in respect of the above.
