-Phenom Placement is a leading placement consultant having active clients in Mauritius, Bermuda, Africa, India and Middle East.

Few Points to take care of:

1.) We only work for reputed clients after signed agreeement with them.

2.) Referra fees will be paid in Bank account after deduction of applicable taxes. We do not pay any referral fees in cash.

3.) Successfull referral will be the client with whom we are able to sign a recruitment agreement in writing.

4.) Final decision on any confusion/ conflict will be of Phenom's management team and can't be challenged.

How this referral service work:

1.) You need to connect with your reference person and pitch recruitment services of Phenom

2.) Arrange a call/ meeting with the authorised person.

3.) Thats it, rest all follow up ( including meeting with the client, convincing a client, documentation etc) will be our responsibility.

4.) We will pay the referral service only after signing an agreement with the referred client

Referral Fees

We work on 2 models for referral:

1.)  Fix referral fees which is payable on execution of agreement. This will be paid irresective of any closure with the clients. If you chose this model, no futher revenue sharing. Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of agreement execution.

2.) Revenue Sharing Model

In this model, no fix agreement fees will be paid and there will be revenue sharing in the 1st year revenue generated y the client. Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of every successful joiner.
