•Maintain and Improve the system as per AS 9000 requirement.
•Act as the face of HR for the company
•Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization
•Recruitment Function
•HR functions
•Legal Functions
•Handled Labour Issues
•Experience to handle the union
•Should be able to manage day to day issue
•Knowledge about all labour laws
•Handled all rules and regulation under the laws
•Management Information System
•Must have comprehensive knowledge of AS 9100 requirements
