Responsibilities
Incumbent will be responsible for diligently supporting various activities in the field of valuations:
· Execute different types of valuation assignments viz regulatory valuations, Business valuations Valuation of intangibles
· Identify the regulatory issues surrounding Tax, Accounting, FEMA etc.
· Prepare and deliver high quality client Reports. To assist in preparing opinion notes, valuation models
· Should be strong at documentation of the work
Desired candidate profile
Incumbent is expected to have following skill set:
- 1-2 years of experience in conducting different types of valuation
- Should have good written & oral communication
- Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically
- Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly
· Open to significant variety in assignments
· Must exhibit a strong learning curve
