Designation : Finance Analyst ( a. Regulatory Reporting and b.) Investment Accounting)

Qualification :CA( 0-2 yrs)
Investment Accounting
Prepare monthly/quarterly/ annual financial accounts closing for multiple entities as per local and USGAAP requirements and disclosures;
• Provide variance analysis for such FS
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS (preferred)
• Manage quarterly Balance sheet substantiation and SOX process
• Support intercompany balances, reconciliations, payments etc
• Coordinate year end audits
• Responsible for cash management, payments and quarterly capital planning process
• Assist in ad hoc requests for financial information of entities assigned
• Review/prepare tax calculations including corporate income tax and Goods and Services Tax
• Liaise with other internal departments within the firm (e.g. tax, legal, treasury, deal teams, middle office) globally in the course of his/ her work
Regulatory Reporting
Regulatory Reporting team sits within the Controllers department, within the Finance division. This is a very high profile team involved in a wide range of areas/issues and involves interaction with many other areas of the firm. The role is split into two components:
a) Be responsible for parts of the calculation and reporting of the daily market risk requirement.
b) Be responsible for parts of Liquidity reporting process through the collation, analysis and delivery of liquidity information.
