Position : Valuation Advisory- Real Estate
Job Location : Gurgaon
Qualification :CA / MBA with 1-3yrs of exp in real estate advisory
Brief Job Role :-
- Conduction valuation of real estate properties (across assets classes viz residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, land etc) and real estate companies (at enterprise, equity, instumental level etc.)
- Clientele : Real estate developers, investors and private equity players.
- Developing real estate sector knowledge.
- Primary research (site visits, interviews with real estate brokers/market participants)
- Analyzing deals/data and financial statements of subject
- Creating financial models and conducting DCF(Discounted Cash Flow) analysis
- Managing engagement on end- to-end (including client handling, understanding client issues etc.)
- Prepare delieverables for engagements (Report and Excel models)
- Engagement and Risk management: Handling internal engagement and risk specific issues and processes .
- Support on marketing pitches.
